Do you offer any warranties on your work?
Yes, we offer a warranty on all labor and parts provided by our company. Specific warranty terms depend on the service and parts used but typically range from 1 to 3 years.
How much do you charge for a Starlink Install?
Our price for a standard install is $690. This assumes you have ordered and received the Starlink equipment and mount for your application. We will discuss this during our phone consultation. We collect 1/2 at the time of booking and the balance is due after installation. Our The actual cost could be more depending on what work is required. We typically discuss this after arriving on site before we begin installation.
What is the installation process for Starlink like and how long does it take?
There are many factors involved in installing and enabling Starlink. We mount the antenna using a wall mount over the roof and pointed to an unobstructed view of the sky. We then run the cable to the inside of the house and connect the wifi device. Our typical install is 3-4 hours.
Do you install smart home devices?
Yes, we install a variety of smart home devices including thermostats, water sensors, Smart TV's and whole home audio that can be controlled via smartphone apps or voice commands.
How large of networks can you design and install?
We have connected a 600 acre ranch with over 16 buildings together using one internet connection and each building with wifi.
